These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, programs, memberships, community, events, and coaching services offered by Level X Success (“Level X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any Level X program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Level X provides business coaching, education, community, and live events designed to help entrepreneurs grow purpose-driven, legacy-focused businesses. Our offerings currently include:
- Level X Club – a monthly membership with weekly live sessions, trainings, book club, guest experts, workshops, and replays;
- Business Success Accelerator – a live, 12-week cohort program;
- Million Dollar Legacy Mastermind – an application-only, high-level mastermind;
- Private Coaching – 1:1 coaching engagements by inquiry; and
- Level X Summit – our annual in-person event in Atlanta, GA.
We may add, modify, or discontinue programs and features at any time. Coaching and education are informational and advisory in nature; you remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take in your business.
Memberships & Billing
Level X Club
The Level X Club is billed at $97 per month (or an equivalent annual rate, if offered) to the payment method on file. Membership renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the period you have already paid for, and past charges are not prorated or refunded except as stated in the Refunds section.
Accelerator & Mastermind
The Business Success Accelerator ($2,497) and the Million Dollar Legacy Mastermind (from $6,000) may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan. If you enroll on a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment, and you remain responsible for the full program fee even if you stop participating. Mastermind enrollment is by application and, once accepted and started, is subject to the specific terms provided at enrollment.
Billing authorization
You authorize Level X and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any recurring amounts to your selected payment method. It is your responsibility to keep your billing information current. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refunds
Because our programs deliver immediate access to content, community, and coaching, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific written guarantee is offered for a particular program. Level X Club membership is not refundable for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel to prevent future charges. Any refund policy specific to the Accelerator, Mastermind, Summit, or a promotional offer will be stated at the point of purchase and governs that purchase.

User Conduct
Our community is built on real strategy, real community, and real accountability – and that depends on mutual respect. When you use our services, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against other members, guests, or staff;
- Share, resell, or redistribute program materials, recordings, or content without our written permission;
- Share your account, login, or member access with anyone else;
- Use our community to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated offers without permission;
- Post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or violate the privacy of others; or
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security or operation of our services.
We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate access – without refund – for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the community.
Intellectual Property
All content we provide – including frameworks, curricula, videos, recordings, worksheets, presentations, written materials, the Level X name and logo, and the design of our website – is owned by Level X Success or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our materials for your own business, solely while your membership or enrollment is active.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent. Any feedback or testimonials you choose to share may be used by us as described in our Privacy Policy and with your consent.
Disclaimers
No guaranteed income or results. Level X provides coaching and education, not a promise of specific financial outcomes. Any examples, testimonials, or results we share are illustrative and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your success depends on many factors within your own control, including your effort, skills, market, and business decisions.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and nothing in our programs should be relied upon as such – consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level X Success and its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services – even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability is not otherwise excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Level X for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using our services.
